As a PhD student in plant ecophysiology, my thesis topic focuses on identifying functional traits related to hydraulic vulnerability involved in tree decline during heatwave droughts, specifically in sessile oak (Quercus petreae) in the Loire basin. My thesis supervisors are Philippe Balandier, Hervé Cochard and Marylou Mantova.
